Best Airport Shuttle Services Near Sarasota and Bradenton

Sarasota-Bradenton International is a small, easy airport. The part that goes wrong is rarely the airport itself. It is the hour before it: who is driving, whether they will be on time, and what happens if the flight moves.

I run private airport transportation here in Sarasota and Bradenton. This page explains what that means in practice, and how it differs from a shared shuttle, so you can tell which one you actually want.

A elegant black sedan with a uniformed driver stands ready to transport a well-dressed passenger through the meticulously landscaped streets of Lakewood Ranch. The vehicle's sleek lines and polished chrome trim gleam in the warm, golden light of the afternoon sun. The driver, bearing the Lifebliesshub logo, awaits their passenger with a courteous and professional demeanor. In the background, the modern architecture and lush greenery of the master-planned community create a serene and affluent atmosphere, perfectly complementing the high-end private transportation experience.

Shared shuttle or private transfer

The words get used interchangeably, and they are not the same trip.

A shared shuttle runs on its own schedule. You fit into it, usually from a fixed pickup point, and the route depends on who else booked that departure. It is the cheaper option, and the trade is time and predictability.

A private transfer is the opposite arrangement. The time is yours, the route is direct, and the pickup is your own address rather than a meeting point. Nobody else is added to the car.

What I offer is the second one. It is not the cheapest way to reach SRQ, and it is not trying to be. It is the arrangement you book when the flight matters and you would rather not find out on the morning whether a ride exists.

How it works

You message me with the trip: where you are starting, which airport, the date and the time. For an arrival, send the flight number as well.

I come back with a flat rate for that specific trip. You have the price before you confirm anything, and it does not change afterwards with traffic or with the time of day.

Once it is booked, it is booked. The same person who answered your message is the person who turns up, which is the part regular clients say they were actually paying for.

Where I collect from

Sarasota and Bradenton, and the areas around them: Lakewood Ranch, University Park, Siesta Key and Longboat Key.

Worth knowing when you ask: this area is wider than it looks on a map, and the drive from a key is a different trip from the drive from an inland address, especially at the hours when the bridges are busy. Give me the actual address and the time I quote will be the real one.

If the flight moves

Delays are normal, not an exception worth apologising for. Send me the new time as soon as you have it and I move the pickup. If I have the flight number I usually see it before the message arrives.

On arrivals I would rather be waiting for you than have you standing outside the terminal wondering which car is yours.

If you’d rather book a private transfer directly, our Sarasota airport transportation service covers SRQ and Tampa.

FAQ

Is this a shared shuttle?

No. It is a private booking, so the car is yours for that trip and nobody else is picked up along the way.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can, and earlier for the first flights of the morning. Because I drive each trip myself rather than dispatching it, the number of rides in a day is limited.

Can I book the return trip at the same time?

Yes, and most people do. It means the ride home is settled before you leave.

Do you only serve SRQ?

SRQ is the closest and the most common, and I also drive to Tampa. Ask about anything further out and I will tell you straight away whether it works.
