What happens if my flight is delayed?
I monitor your flight and adjust the pickup time when possible. Airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the flight’s actual arrival. After that, additional waiting time is $15 per 15 minutes.
What happens if my flight is cancelled?
Text me as soon as you know. If I haven’t left for the airport yet, I’ll do my best to adjust or reschedule your ride. If I’ve already departed for the airport, the reservation may be subject to the full fare because the time and travel have already been committed.
Which airports do you serve?
I drive to and from Sarasota-Bradenton (SRQ), Tampa International (TPA), St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) and Punta Gorda (PGD).
Do I have to fly into SRQ?
No. I drive from SRQ, Tampa (TPA), St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) and Punta Gorda (PGD), so you can book whichever flight works best for you and I’ll cover the airport.
Is there a shuttle from Tampa airport to Sarasota?
Not with me — I don’t run a shared shuttle. Tampa is one of my regular routes, but as a private ride: just you and whoever is travelling with you, straight to your door, with no other passengers and no other stops. Text me your flight details and I’ll send your quote.
Can you take me from SRQ to Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island or Longboat Key?
Yes. Those are areas I drive regularly, along with Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Parrish, Palmetto and Ellenton. It’s a direct private ride — no shuttle stops on the way.
Can I book in advance?
Absolutely. Pre-booking is highly recommended to make sure I’m available. You can book weeks or even months ahead — just text me your travel dates.
Is the price per person?
No. You get one price for the whole ride, not a price per head. Party size and luggage are part of how I calculate that price, but you’ll always see one total before you confirm.
